My reasoning powering this should do with the Evan Williams Experience being situated in downtown Louisville.  So it would make sense to distill, age and bottle that whiskey close by.  I also not too long ago saw an image from the 2023 bottling of Evan Williams Hero Edition where by it wears a cardboard necktag that claims it arrived from barrels
